1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chicken Road mobile game ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chicken Road Game Studios ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Game.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Game following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for any updates or changes.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Game. If you are a parent or guardian and you allow your child to use the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your child. If you are accessing the Game on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.

4. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion.

5. In-Game Purchases

The Game may offer opportunities to purchase virtual items, currency, or premium features ("In-Game Purchases"). In-Game Purchases are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for real money or physical items. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, and/or eliminate In-Game Purchases at our sole discretion.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You acknowledge that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Chicken Road Game Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Game, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Game according to these Terms of Service.

7. User Content

The Game may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised, without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to grant the rights and licenses described in these Terms of Service, and (ii) the User Content and your provision of the User Content to us does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Game in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Game; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Game; (v) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Game; (vi) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Game; (vii) using the Game for any commercial solicitation purposes; (viii) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (ix) interfering with the proper working of the Game; (x) accessing any content on the Game through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Game; or (xi) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Game.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Game.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chicken Road Game Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Game; (iii) any content obtained from the Game; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that (i) the Game will meet your requirements, (ii) the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Game will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Game will meet your expectations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
